terms of service
1. My work is for personal and private use only. Absolutely do NOT use my work for NFTs/AI.2. As the artist, I maintain the rights to my artwork - I am allowed to upload it to my social media, add it to a portfolio, etc., unless otherwise discussed with the commissioner.3. I reserve the right to decline commission orders if I am uncomfortable with the request or if I believe it's beyond my capability and/or I'll be unable to do it justice.4. The commissioner, and anyone else for that matter, is not permitted to edit, trace, copy, or claim the work as theirs once they have received it. The commissioner may reupload their commission so long as they credit me, and use it for anything as they see fit.

processing and payment
1. No refunds. Payment is accepted via Paypal, Ko-fi, or Venmo.2. A deposit of 50% of the commission cost will be required after the initial sketches are approved. The remaining 50% is to be paid after the piece is finalized.3. Three major edits are allowed for free. Any changes requested afterwards will result in an upcharge.4. Turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks. This varies based on whether or not the commission is high priority, how quickly the commissioner replies to messages, and my schedule.5. Updates on the status of the commission will occur weekly. Additional updates may be given at the commissioner's request.6. No contact from the commissioner for up to three days results in a void of the commission.7. Finished pieces will be sent via DM and email.8. Any significant changes after the artwork is completed requires an additional fee, price varying according to what it is.9. Waitlisters - I usually allocate some time between commissions to recuperate and create personal artwork. Please be aware that it may take some time for me to contact you.
